It's so nice to have a crutch to form perfect kibbeh, as well as meatballs. This set makes it very easy. it's top-shelf dishwasher safe and very easy to clean. It is also fairly small and flat, so it's easy to store in a cupboard. This is a winner.

This kibbeh maker he is made of a smooth plastic that is top rack dishwasher safe. It seems to be able to take a fair amount of force, so should last for a good long time. I did think it was a little overpriced or what it was, essentially stamped plastic, but $10-15 seems to be begging price for molds this size.There are no instructions with this product, so you better know what you’re doing or find a good YouTube video. You will get best results by using plastic wrap or parchment paper with this product.
