I like that the legs can be easely opened and closed in a pinch. It has replaced my DJI RS3 OM legs.

Using this on a Zhiyun gimbal and DJI Ronin is much better than the default plastic tripod included with both gimbals. When you need to safely store a $2000 camera and gimbal, this $25 upgrade is a great option.

One important item for great photography is a tripod. Carrying a tripod is tricky as you don't want to be weighed down too much. This Tilta table tripod was not meant to take majestic landscapes or wedding photos. Instead, it is best to use this as a handheld for videos or whenever you have a quick need to get a group shot. This Tilta is well made with tight tolerances. The aluminum finish with the rubberized grip makes it easy to hold. It is very comfortable to hold for long periods of time. The simple manner to lock and unlock the tripod legs is fun for the fidgeters. You can to the twist with one hand. It comes with a carrying pouch. The native 1/4 thread screw will hold your compact cameras with no issues. I wished it came with a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter to fit most ball heads. I have one and it definitely works. Now you can pivot the lens in any direction. For the small size, this table top will accompany me on my travels. It is suitable for quick photos on the spur of the moment and for steady pictures as well. The limitations are the legs. It works best on a flat surface.Still, I really like this table top tripod. Easy to use - Recommended! 5 Stars!

It's a nice tabletop tripod. Feels sturdy and made of high quality material. The feet has rubber padding to them for secure holding and stay in place. It's not lightweight in case you plan on using it as a handheld. It's got a nice weight to it. Could get pretty heavy after awhile.Be very careful when expanding the legs to make sure they are away from your face and body because it releases quick.Sadly the legs does not have an adjustable height. It would have been great if there were height options to them.

This is a simple table top tripod. Twisting the top portion releases the lock on the legs and springs will open them up automatically. Gather them back, twist it the other direction, and they're locked closed. It has a standard 1/4" screw mount on top and nothing else. There's no way to adjust the angles of the individual legs. If you want quick release or a head to adjust the angle, you'll have add your own.Other than that, it's solid aluminum construction with foam pads for grip, and very sturdy. Overkill for a phone (you will need to add a clip to hold the phone) but it's more than up to the task of holding a mirrorless or DSLR with a heavy lens.
