Precarga de resorte ajustable
El tornillo inferior es capaz de ajustar la resistencia del resorte. No aflojes el tornillo inferior completamente, ya que será muy difícil volver a instalarlo a mano. Afloja el tornillo inferior correctamente si eres ligero. Aprieta el tornillo inferior correctamente si eres pesado.

This is a suspension seatpost for a bicycle.Basically it installs on the bike just like any other seatpost and is secured in place using the seat post clamp.To install the seat on the seatpost you loosen the bolt, snap the seat in place, adjust the seat to the correct fore/aft and angle them tighten the bolt. The angle anjustment wasn't that good. I really couldn't get it perfect. Its either to much nose down or too much nose up. It needs a finer adjustment because the angle adjustment is very important. I've noticed that this is an issue with many of these seatposts so I won't knock it too much for this.The suspension feature works well soI'll use it for now until I can get a hold of another suspension seat post.Quality is fine, price is ok.

This is a really great add for anyone with a hardtail bike that needs a little extra cushion. I picked this seat post up for my wife to use on her bike to make it easier on her back while we're riding offroad. It was super easy to install and took me all of about five minutes to completely set up. Installing the seat was quite easy as well. No parts falling off the seat post to manage - it all holds together during the install, making it really easy to dial in the angle. While riding the bike, I could certainly feel the shock absorbing and making the ride smoother. My wife really likes it. I highly recommend this seat post for most average riders. Don't forget to add a little grease to the seat tube before you install it. Great product.

The seatpost is well made with top materials, There are machined ridges/rings of material around the outside diameter to keep the post from slipping. There is a novel way to tighten the seat to the post which makes access easier. The post comes with adjusting hex keys. The only issue I have with it is I thought there were only two possible post diameters, but it seems my bike has an in between size of 3.0 cm. So measure closely before ordering. Unfortunately, I'll be returning the post. C'est la vie - such is life

Makes the ride more bearable. Suspension works great, Make sure to order the right size pole for your bike. The pole is adjustable and Easy to assemble. No slippage. Great value for the money.
