First time buying indoor cycling shoes. Did research and liked these shoes looklike normal athletic shoes. Bought try before your buy on Amazon and love them!They are comfortable and look great. Highly recommend!

Chequen bien la talla pero directo en la página de TIEM porque yo pedí 25 CM según Amazon y en tall tiem me llego 24,7 CM, igual me quedaron bien pero hubiera preferido los 25CM exactos, aunque tiem del 24.7 CM se salta asl 25.1 CM. Pero chequen bien porque a veces esos CM hacen la diferencia

Pros: This shoe comes in actual (US) half sizes! Of the 20+ spin shoes I looked at, it was the only one. It was the most accurate shoe in length that I tried. The sole is great for walking in, which makes them great for spin class: you can walk across the gym floor without falling down. The heal does not slip. The knit fabric makes the shoes as comfortable as your gym shoes. They also seem to be made well. They are nice looking.Cons: The shoe is one piece (no tongue). It is a very snug fit, which is good for keeping the shoe in place while cycling. However, it is so snug that it actually puts my feet to sleep and causes pain. This is because I have high insteps. I have friends who have this shoe, and they have no problem. They love their shoes. Also, there is no arch support . Inserting an arch support just makes the tight instep tighter.So, if you have high insteps, need arch support, or if you have wide feet you won't be able to wear these shoes.

Absolutely love these! I ordered a size up in case they ran small, but definitely should have stuck to my normal size. Great quality. Would 100% recommend.

I have had multiple comments on how nice my trainers are! When I point out that they are biking shoes they are amazed. I use them for spinning and they are just the job.
