A product and brand that is hailed for stability and great warranty-customer service has been HIGHLY disappointing. This product did NOT live up to the hype- upon assembly the handle was incredibly wobbly -bouncing and jostling my baby so much that I didn’t even try to use outside. I may have received a defective product or possibly it could have been fixed? I’m unsure as the Thule team insisted that there was nothing wrong and that the wobbly handle was intended.I then took it upon myself to go to a physical retailer- and their showroom models did NOT do this. So the crappy ones are just special for the everyday hardworking person to be stuck with apparently.Don’t trust this brand with your baby or to help you troubleshoot their defective products. Returning asap.

My parents live in Canada and we love the hikes and trails near their house! This has been a perfect addition to our family! With the newborn bassinet that can be added, we’ve been able to take walks and hikes all over with trust in these inflatable tires! My wife is 4ft 10 and I am 5ft 11 and the adjustable handlebar means this stroller has been comfortable for us both to use even with our 1ft height difference! We decided to go with the the beige because of its beautiful color which of course means more maintenance, but it’s a very easy stroller to wash and maintain, we’ve chosen to use a steam cleaner for this to keep it easy to maintain the color. The fabric is high quality and tired and inflatable for after the rougher hikes we are still good to go! This stroller design is sleek and stylish and able to navigate lots of different terrains! The ultimate active family stroller!

Love this stroller. Has a great push and comfortable over terrain. We use a bassinet attachment for our newborn but excited to use the seat at some point

Wow! I have tried and owned so many strollers before but this is my first Thule! I thought I knew what quality was but NOW I do. This stroller was the easiest to put together. You only have to add the wheels which take 4 seconds and the canopy. You can steer this with 2 fingers if you wanted to. The performance and stability of the wheels and shock absorbers make it so much easier to go over the big roots that are all over the sidewalks where I live. The canopy is very generous. The cargo area is smaller than some of the other strollers I've had but what I like about it, is that I can zip it closed. No more lost loveys, hats, blankets etc! I can also conceal car keys or my phone I'm there if I don't want to have to carry them directly on me.The height of the handle has the ability to adjust to comfortably be used by some short like myself...5'1 or someone like my dad, 6'3.It has a very unique and easy was to fold the stroller which I like however it did cause me to scuff the plastic foot rest a little bit when it scratched the pavement...so I'm just more careful not and lift it up a bit when closing. It clips easily to lock the stroller. The brake performance is excellent and makes it easy to control the speed with minimal effort...just flick your wrist on the handle and it initiates the brakes. The harness is a dream!!! For me a harness can be a deal breaker. When you have a little one fighting to not be put in the carriage or just wants you to hurry up...the last thing I want to play with is a harness! This one is the simplest I've ever ever ever used!!!! And I can think of 9 off the top of my head that I have tried. Also it is easy to adjust the straps tightness. If I had to choose one less than stellar thing...it would be how the seat needs to be adjusted. You have to use straps that are behind the seat. They are east to get to but I prefer clicking a button and the whole seat moves forward and backwards...it's simple and quick. With the method that is used with this carriage, ONLY the back portion of the seat moves. If you have ever used the upperbaby Vista you will know what I mean about the one button action of moving the entire seat. Overall this is a great value for the money because of the durability and the obvious quality material and construction. Aldo there is absolutely NO CHEMICAL SMELL WOOOHOO!!! :) I highly recommend this stroller!

Throughout the 2.5 years since my daughter was born we had the opportunity to go through to several different strollers (due to moves/travel etc) - we have gone through full size and travel strollers from well known brands (starting with U and also ending with Boo :) )Although we are at the tail end of our stroller years we wanted to give this new offering from Thule a try thanks to the Amazon vine program. We had contemplated the Urban Glide 2 last year but we ended up going a different direction. This 4 wheel version is almost identical to its 3 wheel brother and that lies the problem (more on this shortly)Lets start with the positives.-Excellent build quality and materials-Very good and cushioned ride - comfortable for parent and child - awesome wheels/tires and suspension-Handle is great to hold and with the multitude of adjustments fits many heights-Improved and very good canopy with window (I believe a new feature), mesh and excellent coverage.-relatively easy fold / unfold system for the size of stroller.-New features such as adjustable foot rest are welcomed.-Hand brake is nice and easy to operate-Nice covered basket although not the largest.Despite all these positives I really cant recommend this stroller versus the 3 wheel version. you may ask why? They both have exactly the same features except for the front wheels and thats the problem. The 3 wheel version is better suited for outdoor adventures has much better agility and handling and can also work as a running stroller. The only "negative" being its slightly longer footprint; which for a stroller this size doesn't really matter.I am puzzled on why Thule came out with the stroller and why it didnt differentiate it more from the athletic 3 wheel version. A full size 4 wheel should have a reversible seat and this one has not. It should have a seat that sits more straight and it doesn't - similar too reclined seat than the 3 wheel version (and why we didnt buy the Thule last year)Again, the stroller in itself is a very good one but its so similar to the better "purpose suited" 3 wheel version that I cannot recommend it unless you want the extra (minor) space saving, will not be running and generally prefer the aesthetics of a 4 wheeled version.
