Absolutely love this, great for habit forming and helping focus. The information and explanation at the start really interesting too and the journal itself looks good. I understand 6 days a week is part of the philosophy but pleeeease add a 7th day! 😂 Not cheap but great value.

Me encanta la textura del papel y el diseño. También la primera parte introductoria es interesante. Me gustaría que para los usuarios recurrentes hubiese una versión de solo las páginas con los ejercicios.

La mitad del libro explica porque y como debemos trabajar en nuestros proyectos. La otra mitad las hojas de trabajo. Hubiera preferido más hojas de trabajo

The first few pages were really informative and gave me a huge heads up, I really needed this. I had a ton of projects open and got nothing done, because I felt overwhelmed. The structure of the journal makes it very easy for me to prioritise my goals and do the most important tasks each day and to keep myself accountable, by monitoring my habits and progress towards my weekly/monthly/yearly goals. The “to-relax” list is an absolute game changer, normally we set time only for our tasks, but by setting time every day to just relax, I very quickly saw my focus and productivity go through the roof. Overall, this journal includes everything… from gratefulness practices, to goal setting. I absolutely love it! :)

I got this journal yesterday and it is absolute perfection! The beginning has around 70 or so pages of an introduction, but I don't mind this as I like to read books on the topics covered. It also contains only 6 days of the week, but this is also ok for me as I take Saturday/Sunday as more relaxed days and don't have many to do's; I can merge the two days into one page:)It was so difficult for me to pick my values, and I spend such a long time writing and thinking yesterday about it! Love that it makes me set my priorities straight. I also love the habit tracker, as habits are something I struggle with! I set them but don't follow them. This journal helps me so much with this!I love it, I love it, I love it.Only shame is that it is not for the whole year, but I suppose it would be too big otherwise.

When I received this journal I realised I actually ordered the wrong one and was meant to order the 6 minute diary after my friend recommended it to me. However, this journal has helped in so many ways still with creating positive habits and focusing on being productive more successfully. And, just as the journal suggests, I tailored it to my own goals and lifestyle, and I couldn't be happier with it. Such an amazing journal that seems like such a simple idea, and have told my friends all about it already! If you're looking for help to be more productive and achieve your goals, this is definitely it! Will be ordering the 6 minute diary soon! :)
