Exactly what I needed after my vasectomy. The built-in ice pack was a game changer—kept everything secure and comfortably cool without having to juggle frozen peas. Made recovery way easier and less awkward. Highly recommend for anyone planning the procedure.

Bought a few different brands on here. These are very comfortable and hold the boys where they need to. The ice packs are useless as they freeze solid. Not very nice next to swollen nuts. Put too much pressure. Overall these are great to hold the boys where they need to and have more space for the nuts and shift then a few others. If they supplied gel packs that stay moldable these would be the ones. But the ice pack falls short.

I wear a 34 in just about everything and the Large fit perfect. I wore the jock strap after having a vasectomy and the ice packs fit perfectly and provided great support. I used the ice packs for 3-4 days after the procedure and just slipped them into the slots in my normal boxer briefs and that worked just as well. I just didn't want to wash the jock strap everyday and felt it was necessary to change my underwear daily after showering. I think the ice packs were worth the price alone. The convenience of slipping them in your underwear and rotating them out every hour or so kept my boys on ice constantly and most likely reduced the healing time. I don't know if I was lucky, or these helped, but I felt almost no pain after.

I got this for my husband for his vasectomy. He is incredibly happy with it. He went back to work about 36 hours after the procedure and he got great use from it. With his guidanc I'm giving a 5 star review. Very comfortable and convenient. Offers great support and being able to wear the ice packs while moving is a great added bonus. The ice packs fit snuggly into the pouch and stay in place well. I'm so happy to have bought this for him. I appreciate him going through this procedure for us to prevent future pregnancies and so I no longer have to take or use any type of contraception. After some searching I found this and got it for him and this product was worth every penny. My only negative comment is that I wish I had ordered it sooner. It arrived on time but I ordered it the day before the procedure and it took 2 days to arrive, so it showed up the day after. My fault, no fault on Amazon or than manufactures behalf. If you're going to have a vasectomy or your partner is going to have a vasectomy please please please order this. I got my husband the same size as he normally wears in underwear or basketball shorts and it fit perfect. Best $25 ever spent!!!

I got my vasectomy 4 days ago and this has been crucial to me feeling well and lowering the slight swelling. This also provides much needed support even without the ice packs. As another viewer stated buy a second pair so you have a clean pair ready to go. Trust me this will be one of the best $50 you will ever spend!! Yes the ice packs melt at a fast rate but the also freeze fast, also you are not to ice for more than 20 minutes per hour. The build quality is top notch and I notice no loose or pulled strings on mine.
