I have always owned these cups. My issue with these are the lip of the cup has a piece of the rim that sticks out where they put the outside of the cup together with the inside. My old cups don't have that. They are smooth in that area. This is important because when you're drinking out of the cup, all you feel is that "ridge" or lip that on there and makes drinking very unpleasant. It's definitely a manufacturing issue or problem or error. I'm hopeful that the company sees this and replies..

Ordered 5 identical cups. Received same and 1 different design. Will try to reorder if I have time for our trip. Off cup seems to have harder lid to install

Have given several sets as gifts. They work well and they are invaluable for use around computers. They keep drinks hot and cold.

I enjoy the cute embroided emblems on the Tervis Tumblers. These cups are sturdy and I appreciated the double wall insulation that doesn't sweat. Great value!
