I've been dealing with sleep apnea for quite a while and have always fought the "chin-tucking' that occurs with regular pillows. With this Tempur-pedic Neck + Cooling pillow I find the firm neck support allows my head to be in the perfect position for sleeping on my back. Yes, I know, sleeping on the back and sleep apnea go hand in hand. Not me. My sleep studies show considerably more apnea episodes on my side than on my back. Go figure. This pillow has been perfect for the last week in giving me my best AHI scores in like... forever. I purchased some Bamboo pillow cases to make this "advanced cooling" pillow even better. It's solid, heavy and doesn't move. Yes, it's smaller than the average standard pillow case but if I'm not moving what does it matter. It has a five year warranty so it's well built, and made in America, even better. It's definitely a keeper for this 6'4" 220 pound guy.

Cuando recibí la almohada me pareció muy suave, hasta sin consistencia...pero decidí probarla, ya tengo mas de un mes y he dormido muy placenteramente y fresco.la recomiendo, aunque el precio es elevado.

Before it breaks is it is stiff, but after a couple weeks of use it is beyond comfortable. My wife gets annoyed because I regularly comment about how comfortable the pillow is when I lay down. The comfort never gets old.

I love this pillow. I live in a hot climate & it has been brilliant. It’s cool, supportive, comfortable & worth the cost for a great nights sleep.

It’s not original. I have as well original product from Store and this is not it . Not original tags . Smells wierd.
