So my experience with the headphones weren’t the best. They’re not noise cancellation which was really upsetting , however the vender reached out to me and not only sent an upgraded version of these headphones, but also followed up to make sure everything was working out for me! She was very sweet and understanding of my frustration , not too many companies care like this one does! I really appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. They care more about the customer than they care about the money, that’s always a win!!

Not sure what the issue was but it would not connect to my computer and no one on my calls could hear me. but hey, it is cheap.

The device does not connect to the dongle and a mobile device at the same time. If the mobile device has an active connection it disables the dongle connection and the connection has to be refreshed. This defeats the purpose of multiple device connections. I have not experimented with multiple mobile devices, but only between the dongle connection to a computer and then to an iPhone/iPad.Also, when dedicated to the dongle (i.e. no pairing to mobile device), the microphone stops working even though the computer lists it as the connected input device.All in all, it works, sort of.....

I use these headphones for work and they have been great so far. It was easy to connect and battery life is perfect. I can use it about 2 days before charging again and (I'm on the phones most the day). Sound quality is clear.

This headset and dongle connected to my computer with ease. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. It has good sound and voice quality. I did take one star off due to it beeps every 15 seconds when on mute. I think it is to remind you that your on mute but it can be very annoying if you are in trainings or meetings where you need to stay on mute for hours. I purchased and returned the item twice because I thought it was a defect but both beeped while on mute. There is nothing in the description of the product to inicate the headset constantly beeps when on mute and I wish the company had mentioned it.
