高域が明るくなる感じはするけれど、ほぼ偏りなく音量をあげてくれるブースター。かなり音量があがるのでつまみを9時より上にできない。ソロ用にミッドを上げたいとか、帯域をまとめたいとか色付けを求めている人は他のブースターが良いと思う。面白みはない分、逆にかけっぱなしにしていても邪魔にならない。クリーンソロも歪んだバッキングも元の音色のキャラクターを変えないままで等しく音にハリを出してくれる。つまみほぼゼロでバッファーとして使っても良いかと(トゥルーバイパスなのでオンにしないとバッファにならないのは注意です)

It turns on, the sound goes through, etc - but it has lost its primary (and only) function, which is boosting the volume.Do not buy this - it will disappoint you in a few weeks.

Si lo que se está buscando es un booster claro este es además de que tiene un aumento de ganancia hasta de 20 dB por lo que yo en lo personal como tengo mi set sólo un cuarto de volumen es suficiente para dar el realce al momento de realizar algun solo o arreglo

Perfecto para subir el volumen o para llevar los bulbos al límite. Mis oídos no han notado que coloree la señal pero es cuestión de apreciación. Muy satisfecho con el Spark Mini ocupa poco espacio en el pedalboard y cumple lo que promete.

An absolutely perfect clean boost. This little guy will drive the front of your amp into some indescribable sweetness, or crank it up and get some huge overdrive. I found that the Spark Mini seems not to color my sound hardly at all. I've fed it into several distortion and overdrive pedals as well. It'll put extra hair on any pedal's chest. This truly is a great pedal, great build quality, great sound, and an incredible value. Oh, and the Prime Time switching is something only available on the Spark Mini, and it is a fantastic feature. The foot switch can either be a latching switch, or a momentary switch depending on how long you press it. It is a feature that every lead player should check out. I really don't think you can go wrong with the Spark Mini.

This is an excellent, quiet booster. It takes very little space on pedalboard real estate. A great feature is the momentary part of the switch. This is quite efficient. Click it on to say on until you are done, or hold it down while doing what you need it for, then take your foot off it. The gain taper is quite good and the quality is very good. Considering the low cost, which rivals many no name asian products ,this is a slam dunk. TC Electronics quality at Chinese pedal pricing! 20db of gain is ALOT! Drive your favorite OD pedal harder with it, or boost your favorite pedal. It is quite a transparent pedal, so it does it's job very well.

Can't say enough good things about this. I was looking for a simple solution to a pain-in-the-a*se problem and found more than I had bargained for. It takes my rhythm volume and boosts it to lead when placed at the end of my chain and does so without so much as a hint of tonal change (which is something special) and, when placed before a pedal, it boosts the signal going into it and cranks it up. Also contains a neat feature where standing upon it for longer than a second will automatically turn it off when your foot is removed, great for instant licks without having to double tap.Also, it's well built, the switch is nice and the knob is good and stiff to move, and it's very, very tiny, taking up so little space on my board I have enough left over to buy something that I really don't need, just to make it look lived in.I would also really recommend this if you want a little extra out of a low watt amp - like a 15 watt Vox valve combo - because you just can't afford the upgrade and don't want to lose that sound.Be aware - due to size it has no room to be battery operated and the power input is on the right hand side, very much like MXR.I fully intend on owning 2 of these. One for lead and one to boost my TS9. Oh yes indeed!T C are knocking me bandy - 5 stars!
