Labeled "For Raspberry Pi", although it does work with Windows 10. It even works at 1080p, but the display is simply rescaled and too small at 7" for actual use at that resolution. And it runs extra-hot - worrying so. I thought this might be a decent alternative to more expensive USB monitors as a simple solution to "throwing additional monitors at a PC", but that's just not a good idea. And on Windows 10, the touch screen only works when the device is designated as the primary display, which obviously is NOT gonna fly for a desktop machine. But that's an OS limitation, not the device's fault.I'm sure it's great for a Pi. Just don't try to use it elsewhere.

I am running Klipperscreen on three of these and they all work without issue.

This display appears to be largely identical to the "Longrunner" 7" LCD also available on Amazon, to the point that the same setup documentation applies. It comes in a plain cardboard box with a small bag of mounting screws and standoffs, you need to supply your own cables (Micro-USB and HDMI) and bezel/moounting-system (optional I suppose). In addition to a simple on/off switch, the board has two Micro-USB ports labeled "touch" and "power", but it appears to be quite happy to draw power from either. I used a 4' HDMI cable and a single 4' USB cable to connect it to a Raspberry Pi 3B+, and it worked instantly. I was able to use just the touchscreen and a USB keyboard to complete the initial OS setup, all-in-all from opening the box to a working display took less than 10 minutes. The only downsides I can see are that there is no apparent way to adjust the screen brightness (though it can be dimmed in software using "redshift" or similar utilities) and the vertical viewing angle is quite narrow. I want to use this as a touchscreen for my 3D printer, and it's clear that I will need to either mount the monitor on a tilting frame, or else rotate it 90-degrees to take advantage of the much wider horizontal viewing angle.
