Great addition to our home. With lots of options for flame colors and adjustable speeds, it's easy to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion. Plus, it puts out a lot of heat!

I am very pleased with the fireplace. I really like all the colour settings. My only dislike is the remote control it does not work that well. It’s a hit and miss situation.The heat coming from the top instead of underneath is much nicer for distribution of heat.

Para recibir la chimenea UPS solicitaba pago de impuesto en efectivo. Contacté al vendedor desde la plataforma de Amazon y me brindo toda la atención y se hizo cargo del impuesto y contacto con UPS. Cuando pude recibirla, la prendi para probarla y funciona bien y las llamas son bonitas de se ver. Gracias señor por toda la atención.

We love our new fireplace! It provides ample heat to our living room and kitchen and is super easy to turn on and off, as well as switch the color depending on your mood :) We had an old gas fireplace that was not usable, and after getting a quote for $5K to replace it, we decided to just seal it and cover it up with an electric fireplace insert. Total project cost was $500 and took me an entire weekend to complete. This fit the space perfectly and really upgrades and modernizes the look of the room as well provides a good amount of heat. It’s basically a large space heater, and it’s quite to run. Mounting it took some creativity but I was able to figure out a solution. We’ve been using it for the last few months and so far it’s been awesome! Highly recommend!

se requiere alguien experto en instalaciones porque no la pudimos instalar hasta que llegó el técnico. Es algo complicado de instalar, las indicaciones no son muy claras, pero ya instalada esta hermosa.

Easy to install once your frame is up. Only tricky part has been lifting the glass window just right so that it can swing out and open up when needed.You can make the fire height taller or shorter, the flames faster or slower, and can change the colors of both the flames and “coals” for some awesome combinations.The heater works just fine with two settings. Don’t expect it to heat an entire room quickly, but it is nice to stand in front of and will eventually bring a chilly room to a more comfortable temperature. Very pleased with this purchase.The only thing that would make this a home run product would be an add in to have the product make fire noises, crackling/popping.

Purchased this as an alternative to using a gas insert for our home as they are extremely expensive. I flush mounted mine with a nice rock wall finish. The instructions are a bit hard to read and understand but otherwise not too bad with some basic measuring it's easy to get a good final product.The remote is subpar was hoping for it to work with a bit more distance but seems to only work if you're within 15 ft or so which at that point you might as well just turn it on at the unit for my living room arrangement.Color options are great puts off a decent amount of heat but not a replacement for a heater for the house by any means.
