This was the second set that I purchased. The large fits me perfectly. (I'm typically large/12 on top and large/medium on bottom.) I've had my first set for years and it has held up exceptionally well. I only ordered a second because I wanted a new color.

The fabric is so soft. I already had a pair and purchased a second pair. Perfect for all year-round weather.

These are so very soft & comfortable. I like the thicker waistband on the shorts - no pinching. They have maintained softness after a few washes. They do have a decent amount of stretch & I would say they run a bit large. They are quite breathable, which is perfect, as I’m a very hot sleeper. Tahari pajamas are my absolute favorite pajamas I’ve found on Amazon thus far (& I’ve bought a LOT of pajamas off Amazon)!
