My husband absolutely loves this. He has already used it six times in less than a month. It’s perfect for a quick meal or snack and is super easy to clean.

Please be advised, this seller is selling refurbished units they are not new! I owned this same unit many years ago and somehow it got lost in my latest move so I decided to reorder. There is a seal on the original package box, that seal was broken which gave me pause, I opened the box and use the item for the first time today. It was all packed fairly well but the red and green indicator lights did not work. My first reaction was, that it wasn't a big deal and that I could live with it. I made two quesadillas and upon lifting the lid to screws fell out of the top of the lid. I attempted to reattach the screws after the unit cooled down and I could see where they came from and it was impossible. It's not worth the hassle to try to return it, considering that I don't have the boxes anymore and it's been used, but it sure is a big disappointment that the unit was not new even though it was advertised as such. I could even live with a refurbished unit if it worked properly but obviously this unit has many issues.

We bought this on a whim thinking it would be a gimmicky piece of junk we would use once or twice. It is now a permanent feature on the counter and gets used all the time. It will not cut the slices for you so keep a knife or pizza cutter handy. Don't go overboard on the cheese or it will leak out. Cleans up easily with a paper towel.
