I'm a novice archer, but this string has held up to around 100 arrows a week for several weeks now with no visible damage or deformations. Hard to beat at this price, and I don't see myself needing to replace it for a long while yet.

The Tachyon archery bow string is a 14 Strand Continuous Loop, bow string.It is well constructed and professionally finished. Included with the bow string is a set of finger savers that once applied to the string will allow the archer to shoot for long periods of time comfortably without finger fatigue.I chose this string for my 1978 bear Kodiak magnum, recurve bow. I have had many strings on this bow over the past 40 years. This is one of the good ones. The string fits my bow well. The top end loop is 1/4 inch larger than the bottom making it easy to identify. The end loops, and the serving section all have a solid whip finish with the tag end under a minimum of 15 wraps each.I shot 100 arrows with it so far it seems quite durable and it settled in fairly quickly.It gets the job done.

it is very durable. It came fast and looks to be in good shape, no markings or blemishes and all the strands are tight. Much better bowstring that the one my bow came with. The bow string comes with two knock points to for easy to set up at home. And their websites have an instruction at the homepage. They are tying your own knock only costs a few cents and takes a few seconds to make. Great, I’m in. Was concerned that the Dacron might have a bit too much stretch. That has not been an issue. Have fired around several hundred shots with it with no concern-able changes. And I usually use 16 strands/ 60LB and 62LB for my recurve bow. The sizing chart was consistent and accurate for the bow dimensions and product delivered matched the specifications. The recurve bow ranges 50-62lb resistance and with this new string. After all, it cost just a few cents and it would be far more convenient than me having to place another order or go to find something suitabl
