Nice cutting board with titanium and wheat straw pp on one side. This makes it useful for cutting meats on one side and vegetables on the other side. Dishwasher safe. All cutting boards get scratches so don't worry about them.

This is a very nice cutting board, no doubt about it. Cutting meat on the titanium board feels very nice. Having the other side for cutting veggies and other stuff provides the separation that I like between the different food types. The ginger and garlic grater/grinder part is especially useful as well. It makes grinding these items effortless (better than using a separate grater) and saves having to clean the grater later on. The groove on the veggie cutting side is also very useful when cutting tomatoes, etc. The non skid surface is very good and keeps the board from shifting when doing heavy duty cutting. The handle is very nice as well. Overall, I love this cutting board!However, there are a few minor issues with this board that one needs to understand. First, the color of the titanium part turned slightly gray after washing and is not as shiny as it was when I received it. It's probably not bad for the food quality, but it just takes away from the aesthetic value. Second, after cutting, scratch marks appeared on the board which again take away from the initial beautiful look of the board. The surface is still smooth but I can see scratch marks where the knife did its work. Finally, the anti-skid frame does keep the board stable, but it also traps food debris in the gaps between the titanium surface and the silicone frame, making the board just a little harder to wash clean. This is just a minor annoyance, but I do hope the frame does not eventually separate from the rest of the cutting board. Each of these issues is very minor, but considering them all, I removed one star from my overall review.Overall, I am very happy with this cutting board! It is probably the best cutting board that I've owned!

I’m really loving this Titanium Cutting Board! It’s the perfect size for all my chopping needs, and the non-slip silicone edges make it super stable while I’m working. The juice groove is a great feature that helps keep my countertop clean. Plus, knowing it’s non-toxic gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s become a staple in my kitchen, and I highly recommend it!
