I recently purchased the BINO Cutting Board with the goal of finding something suitable for prepping sushi, and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The large surface area is perfect for handling all my sushi ingredients—from slicing fish to chopping vegetables—without feeling cramped. The dual-sided feature is such a nice touch, giving me the flexibility to use one side for sushi and the other for any other food prep without cross-contamination.The board itself feels really durable and sturdy, but it's still lightweight enough to maneuver easily. Plus, it’s BPA-free, which is a huge plus for anyone concerned about food safety. I love that it’s dishwasher safe too—makes cleaning up after a sushi night so much easier.Overall, I’m beyond impressed with this cutting board. It’s the ideal size and functionality for sushi prep, and the quality is top-notch. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable, multipurpose cutting board.Great purchase all around!

WE wanted a nicer cutting board we could leave on our counter - and a BIG one at that. This is not overly huge but you do get alot of surface to prep. It does hold stains if you dont hit them with a magic eraser. TIP - we bought some silicone tape (one side is sticky and the other is thin silicone - i bought here) and put that in each corner and that way it wont slide when cutting :)

Two of them fit perfectly across my standard stovetop, providing an extra work surface. I can put warm items on top without marring the finish (not sure about hot items). However, I also use them as cutting boards and the cuts do show, so I’m not sure how long they will last before looking tacky! They are just thick enough to feel sturdy, without being too heavy or clunky to transport to the sink for cleaning. They clean up easily with dish soap, even greasy stains if you get at them right away.

I got this cutting board to expand my counter space. It fits perfectly on my kitchen sink! Love it!
