I use the heck outa these and kept losing my dewalt bit. The price for the pack is friendly, and it fits right in my impact so j don’t need an attachment. Gave one to each of my coworkers. All 4 were excited. It makes the job easier, and now we aren’t afraid of losing one bit and shutting the job down

When I purchase a box of the same size bits, I expect it to include a usable storage container. I tend to lose bits more frequently than wearing them out, and a storage container keeps them accessible when I’m in a difficult work area. I was disappointed that this particular set arrived in a display case, and the latch mechanism was broken. This is a screw size that I frequently use, and to test this particular bit, I drove over 50 screws into a 1” white oak board without drilling any pilot holes. I set the screw gun to its maximum torque setting and intentionally let the bit wobble until the threads caught hold. I often then angled the bit out of alignment with the screw. On a few occasions, I intentionally let the bit slip, giving the screw or the bit an opportunity to strip. The screw bit was running true and still holding the screws snugly at the end of the test and hadn’t twisted out of shape. In the after photo, you can see that the tip of the bit is starting to wear. I believe the damage likely occurred when I was letting the screw slip. Despite the intentionally poor form I used to drive these screws, I think the bit held up surprisingly well.In my opinion, the only thing missing from this set is a decent storage case. I’ll likely lose most of these bits before they wear out. The number of stars I’d give it would depend on the price.

I once got skewered by a tool enthusiast group after stating that every driver bit should be magnetic. This was brought on by the frustration of a project where I dropped just about every screw I was trying to use at least once before actually driving it in. So yes, I realize why you wouldn't want every single screwdriving tool to be magnetized... but I sure do like when they are. With that in mind, imagine my surprise when I popped one of these T25 bits into my drill and heard the tell-tale "click" of a magnetized bit! That was definitely a pleasant surprise on top of the main reason I ordered them, which was the length. I have plenty of the short hex bits, and a few of the longer 6" ones, but these fill that space right in the middle, for when you need something a little further away from the drill chuck, but not so long that you can't get into a cabinet to drive a screw. See the pic with the tennis ball for scale - you'll see how these are a great size.If you use a lot of construction screws from the major fastener vendors, you've probably noticed that the bits they include in the box often isn't very high quality. For that I've used bits that came as part of kits from major tool manufacturers whenever possible. But it's almost impossible to have too many of them, since they're so easy to lose. This pack gives me the ability to have T25 bits in each tool bag or case, without having to worry about bringing one on the road and losing it.In use, these bits hold my screws well and I experienced no loss of grip so far. I'll report back if they don't last but they feel very well made.
