I had to get this book for a doctoral course I took on systems thinking. I enjoyed it a lot - it was an easy read and I could immediately put its lessons into practice. In fact, I reworked a conference presentation I was giving 24 hours before the presentation to incorporate this book after I read it on the plane to the conferene location!

Ich habe David Peter Stroh mit Michael Goodman genau zu diesem (leider viel zu wenig bekannten und praktizierten) Thema schon vor mehr als 15 Jahren intensiv und meisterlich im Workshop erlebt. Er ist in der Zwischenzeit noch souveräner geworden. Das Buch ist konzentriert "to the Point" und liest sich dennoch relativ sehr leicht. Es ist der neue Standard auf diesem Gebiet.
