The sharp-looking stainless-steel urn brews good-tasting coffee fairly quickly. The basket that holds the coffee is a fine mesh that doesn't allow the grounds to fall through like others I've used. It boils up the water quieter than most other urns I've had. When it switches to the "keep warm" mode, it keeps the water very hot. So you can add sugar & cold milk to your coffee, and it will still be very hot even in a non-styrofoam cup.Nice product. Works well and is appropriately sized for smaller events. Easy to use and cleans up easily and stores well between uses. Great value for the price.

This coffee urn is a total workhorse. I’ve used it for a few events now, and it performs flawlessly every time. Heats up quickly, keeps the coffee hot for hours, and can handle a big crowd without a problem. The stainless steel build feels solid and easy to clean. Definitely a great investment if you’re catering, hosting, or just need a large-capacity coffee solution.
