El alimentador se conecta a la aplicación Sure Petcare a través del hub (se vende por separado). Usted establece el tamaño de la porción dentro de la aplicación y luego cuando llene el tazón de su mascota, los LED le guiarán al peso correcto de la porción dentro de 1 g de precisión. Utiliza la aplicación para ver cuándo se alimentó a tu mascota por última vez para evitar la doble alimentación en hogares ocupados y ver los hábitos de alimentación de tu mascota con el tiempo. Las notificaciones le informarán cuánto come su mascota en cada visita al tazón, si ha comido alimentos secos o húmedos (cuando se usan los dos medios tazones) y cuándo se rellena el tazón. El alimentador de microchip para mascotas solo se abre para la etiqueta de microchip o collar RFID implantado veterinario registrado para evitar que las mascotas se roben la comida de los demás. Una etiqueta de collar se suministra con el producto. Requiere cuatro baterías de celda C que duran alrededor de seis meses con un uso normal. Pilas no incluidas.

Nur die Plastiknäpfe verträgt meine Katze nicht. Sie hat sehr schlimme Akne am Kinn bekommen. Wir haben dann unsere eigenen Keramiknäpfe hinein gestellt und das funktioniert auch.

Muy práctica. Tengo 3 gatos de distintas edades y distintas necesidades dietéticas. Fue la mejor compra para poder poner a cada cual lo suyo sin que los otros coman lo que no deben.

I am so beyond thrilled with this product. It’s definitely pricey, but totally worth every penny. You do have to separately buy a lot of the parts, like the home device so you can monitor your cars food intake through WiFi and Bluetooth. Easy to clean, travel, and use! I have it connected to my cats microchip and it works very well. Training mode is extremely helpful when introducing it to your cat, my siamese adjusted/finished training after two days. I bought it because my moms cat and dog will eat my cats food when I bring him home. It’s a wonderful product because it helps my cat feel confident to eat and that no one is gonna take his food. It truly only works for him and the other animals can’t access his food!

i bought these because my cats were eating each others food, and they’ve worked great. it was really easy to set up, but it took my cats some time to figure out how to use them.i like the single bowl because it is wide, so my cat’s whiskers aren’t irritated while she’s eating. the dual bowls are good for feeding one of my cats treats too, because other one can’t have them. the bowls come out of the feeder easily and the bottom opens up for easy cleaning.the lights at the front detect the amount of food you put in, and they light up green to show if it is the right portion size based on what i set up on the app. it’s a great feature for keeping track of portions for my cat who is on a specific diet. the app also sends notifications when the cats eat to tell you the amount of food they had.overall it is a bit expensive, but it’s the only product i’ve found that’s been able to keep the cats from eating the wrong food.

I bought two of these, one for my 11 year old cat that suddenly stopped eating the dry food we keep out, and he became anorexic. He lost 5 pounds which needed to be gained back as quickly as possible for his survival. Coincidentally our other cat become obese. For Cat 1, we need to feed him a high protein wet food diet so that he gains weight, and for Cat 2 we switched to a dry food with fiber so she can lose weight.We needed a way to ensure that the skinny cat only eats the food to fatten him up, and the fat one only eats the diet food. The Sure Feeder works great for that! Each cat eats only what they are supposed to, and both feeders work flawlessly. FYI I have not experienced the problem that others have mentioned regarding one of the cats sneaking behind and eating the other's food - but YMMV.I had one opportunity to call their customer support in the UK (I am based in Dubai), and they were fantastic. One of the feeders had a glitch with a red light blinking and no action, and it was fixed with a simple reboot. But the personal service I received was really terrific.Overall I - and my two cats - have had nothing but positive experiences. If you are in a situation similar to mine, I recommend that you give this a try.
