Just like it says. 5" deep, 6 point 15/16" with 1/2" drive. Sunex comes thru again!

We had Kohler valves in our shower dating from late '60's. We ordered a Danco rebuild kit that included the valve stem assembly, which looks identical to the original. The double socket supplied with the kit was 31/32" on one end and 29/32" on the other. The smaller size would not fit over the nut, and the 31/32" fit, but with more play than optimal. This worked on one valve, but slipped on the other, riding over the points on the hex nut holding it in the valve body. A caliper measurement of the nut (flat to flat) is exactly 15/16". This socket worked like it was designed to do my job. The fit on the nut was perfect, and the internal depth was enough to easily contain the length of the valve stem. The sockets specifically for shower valves seem to be all fractional 32ths (at least on Amazon). Maybe plumbing standards have changed in recent years.

Works great as described - tough socketWould only be made better by hex going all the way up the socket, still works great for hydraulic spool valves and chain adjusters
