This decoration set comes with balloons, a banner, streamers and a cake topper. I added a mylar balloon depicting the American flag and we were set. The perfect package for kids who love planes or Top Gun. Arrived earlier than expected!

The decorations must be assembled, including attaching the planes to the spirals and stringing the individual banner pieces together with cheap ribbon. For the price of this package, it is absurd to need so much work for these decorations to be useable. The quality is typical for party decor but the planes for the spirals and cake/cupcakes are too small. I wish I had convinced my son to choose a different party theme and returned this pathetic set.

This set had it all from accent balloons to cupcake toppers. This set includes so many different decoration ideas that you don’t have to buy much else in addition to this set to decorate with.
