It's a very primitive and clunky strap or prop holder. It works but the fit looks like it's a first prototype and compared to the factory one it's not great. I've stopped using it because it's a pain to put on.

The prop strap that comes with the Mini 4 Pro is hard to apply without using a lot of force. I felt like I was more likely to damage the props putting on the guard than damaging them in use. This guard is much more user and drone friendly.

This is a well built saddle for my M4P. I have tried several others as the one that comes with the drone is sort of cumbersome for me. This one is very easy to both latch and unlatch. The "shell" part of the strap is nicely made with enough flex to easily be placed over the motor housings and cover the blades nicely. If like me, the OEM version is kind of a pain getting a good snap when latching it, this is a very good alternative.
