the fit was great. I would recommend getting a larger size because you want it to stretch over the elbows and with the sweat and everything that your son her daughter would be doing it’ll feel a little compressed so definitely a larger size. Very comfortable while running and checking into people a great product by STX

This lax arm pads are brand new even if you buy the used ones and are great for $21 this was such a great deal. Also are good quality and great for beginer lax!

I'm not a very big guy, with a pretty average forearm and bicept. I couldn't get the Medium up to my elbow. I passed them to my wife, who has very thin arms, and it was so tight on her as to be uncomfortable.

I saw in previous reviews that these run small. I'd go a step further and say these run VERY small. I am a 6 ft tall male with fairly normal size arms. ie not large biceps. Consequently, I ordered the large size. They are a very snug fit. I cannot get them on over a long sleeve shirt. Bare arms only.I would say the best way to think of these is - they are for kids and small teens or adults.They are very nice. And appear very well made.
