I bought this to use on my Westbury Craviola, which is 3 7/8" wide. It fit like a charm! It is nearly identical to the original Abel Armauflage in build quality. It is extremely comfortable to use, and keeps my blood flowing in my picking hand and my nerves from being pinched. I wish this existed earlier, as the original product is expensive. For smaller guitars, it could easily be modified without too much effort. It will easily fit much larger guitars. I will buy another one as a spare.

I purchased two of these, one for my Guild D25 and one for my Yamaha LL1612. They work quite well, but the screws are too short for both guitars. I bought two M4-.7 connectors and two M4-.7 X 60mm screws. After cutting the screws to length and assembling with screw-lock they fit great. They will not fit in the cases with these on, but removable and reattachment is easy.

This product does not fit on my archtop guitar, which is 3-1/8" deep at the bout. The product is too big -- won't fasten securely. Intended for deep-bodied acoustics. I figured it was one size fits all.

This does what is intended, and is comfortable on the arm while playing. However, it is not a nicely finished product. The two parts to it don't fit together like you'd expect them to. They are more like a knife and fork in that they work together to serve a purpose, but they don't fit together. What you expect is two parts that go together like a knife in a sheath. It's like the cheaper version of something else. But, once you screw them together on the guitar, it works.I can't comment on durability because it only arrived today.Certainly buy it if it looks like a solution for you.
