These will have your legs feeling that weird cold sensation throughout the duration of your wearing them. This is because they are made out of all non-breathable materials (nylon, spandex, and polyester), though that isn't necessarily bad; while working up a sweat, these will cool you down quite nicely.I've not yet gotten to wear them in hot weather, but I can imagine what they would do: you would sweat profusely, then feel a rush of cool from the moisture hitting the air. This winter, they've been... okay... it's hard to describe how you will walk around, with possibly sweatpants on underneath yet not be able to perceive the sweats at all because your legs are... not numb, but... just unable to take advantage of what extra heat the sweats would provide. It's like you always FEEL cold, even though you really aren't. Basically just uncomfortable.I do like the pocket for shin guards. Great idea. I have the XL, with about a 33 - 34" inseam on me, and they fit quite well. There are no issues with seams, or loose threads or any kind of sub-par craftsmanship.Overall, I think they are worth the money, well constructed, and will get the job done. I'm sure that once I start using them more, and actually play some games in them, I'll find out more I like about them. So far, I really have no complaints.

These pants are unlike any other that i've seen before. They are constructed with durability in mind. The seams all seem super strong. the material varies in different parts of the pants to cater for areas that will be high abrasion when fall or playing soccer on turf. They are shaped very well according to the contours of the body with articulated knees to accommodate a natural bend there. these really are very unique and will provide a very real layer of protection against turf burn, which i've suffered many times. the size was perfect for me even as a male! these are designed for women but work great for guys too in my opinion. There is a handy sleeve in the front for putting shin guards into.

These are a great pair of Leggings but they do run small because of how durable they are. Not much stretch but awesome protection.

I can see why these leggings are billed as a body shield to prevent turf burn for athletes. I had hoped to use these for other purposes like going to the gym and hiking. It's definitely overkill for those uses, but it is a very quality piece that is fit for purpose as design. These leggings seem like they are indestructible.
