Just installed this device to replace my yaosheng unit. For whatever reason (could be software changes or hardware faults) the yaosheng stopped working and my gen 3 starlink dish would go into this permanent loop of trying to start up. I reset the starlink dish and tested with the standard router ensuring to disable snow melt mode. Everything worked but when I reintroduced the yaosheng 220w poe injector it would go into the same loop and never start the dish. I am running on a 12v system.I replaced with this EUDP unit and everything worked as expected first time. It remains to be seen how long this unit will last. But so far its working as expected and I'm satisfied.

I recently purchased the Starlink Gen 3 PoE Injector for my husband's business, and it has proven to be a fantastic addition to his setup. He commented on the solid build quality, which is reassuring, especially for a device handling high power output. Installation was straightforward, making it easy to integrate into our existing Starlink system. The 200W Gigabit Passive PoE output is impressive, supporting efficient power distribution for the Starlink Gen 3 Dishy and other high-power networking devices. This injector ensures that we maintain reliable satellite internet connectivity without any hiccups. The versatile USB and Type-C power options are a great touch, providing flexibility for charging various devices. With fast and efficient power delivery, we can keep everything running smoothly. The Gigabit Ethernet port allows for high-speed network performance, which is perfect for streaming and large file transfers, enhancing the overall internet experience. He also appreciates the advanced surge and ESD protection, safeguarding our equipment from potential electrical damage.Overall, I highly recommend the Starlink Gen 3 PoE Injector. It’s a solid investment for anyone looking to optimize their Starlink system, providing reliable power and exceptional performance while keeping everything safe and secure.

This is quite a niche little device to allow you to swap out your Starlink router for your own - presumably better or why bother - router by providing a means to inject power into the cable which runs to the dish. Unlike some similar devices I have used with a Gen 2 dish where you also need an adaptor or to modify the cable, this is plug and play which is a big improvement. The description claims this can also be used as a more generic PoE injector which on the face of it may be possible as the voltage is in the correct range and the power level surpasses that necessary, however I see no indication this complies with any PoE standard so have not attempted this. This device can accommodate quite a wide range of input voltages - 9V to 36V - without a separate adaptor making this suitable for a wide range of scenarios. Again with Gen 2 equipment I also required a step up convertor to get from 12V to the 48V required for the PoE injector, so this single box solution is much better for our Gen 3 upgrade.Priced at £120 (£140 with £20 voucher) this is quite expensive but is a neat solution if you want to upgrade your router.
