Got this because I live in a windy and rainy area.Fits well on my wide shoulders. The cuffs work well on both the arm and the bottom part of the jacket.Rain is handled decently, with me using this for three weeks everyday with zero leaks or wetness. I'd argue it's slightly better than my actual north face rain jacket for some odd reason.Wind is completely blocked. This is the main reason why I got it and I'm left very, very pleased. The wind here is that gross wet cold type, and this blocks that ick completely.Highly recommend this jacket. It's built tough and yet it's so light and thin.Ps: I look good in this jacket, and I usually don't say that about myself because I'm a dude, lol.

[PROS] This is a great active sportswear jacket. It has features that are typical in other jackets but this jacket has enhanced versions of them. There is an inside zipper pocket near the chest area, which is unique.I really like the bands near the bottom of the jacket, and the ends of the arms. This gives the jacket more insulation (but isn't too restrictive and constraining). There are adjustment points for the hood, so that the user can tighten the head area.Zipper feels nice, and is medium-sized for easy access and tangibility. Styling is modern and easily fits in with my other sports wear as well as regular casual wear. Wearing it feels good; the lining is comfortable and retains a stable temperature.[CONS] I have no complaints.[SUMMARY] This is a great option for a sports windbreaker jacket. I haven’t had the opportunity to test it in a windy situation, but the build quality seems good and suited to deal with windy days. The styling is great.

The size chart listed only lists chest and sleeve length, and I chose the large size based on that. Everything seems fine except it is kind of tight in the shoulders, and feels a bit restrictive. You might want to look at a larger size if you need a lot of reach and range of motion.I like the style and light weight, and it should be very packable.The color says "spruce green" but I would call it more of a mint green. Not bad, but not as dark as I expected. I will say that had I seen the color in person, I would have chosen some other color.I think it will ride either in my car or backpack in case I need a bit of insulation on a wet day.

I was looking for something that would be light weight and packable, something that would provide that outer layer of protection during moderately cool weather. This is the one. First, sizing...I wear a large and sometimes I end up with something that doesn't quite fit my...tummy. This is not a problem with this jacket, it has more than enough room to make me feel very comfortable. Next, I was concerned about the insulative property of the jacket. While this jacket is not lined (that would defeat the packability) is does have a thin layer inside that is amazingly effective in keeping the cold out. Add this to a sweat shirt and frankly, you're good to go down to all but the most extreme cold weather. The outside provides a barrier to wind and, the cinching on the sleeves and waist make this a pretty good spring/fall and light winter jacket. The hood is a bonus feature to me. I don't think the water resistance would stand up to a monsoon or anything, but for light issues, I think this is a great jacket.Now, the least important feature to me is the looks (LOL). It is a very nice looking jacket, I got the beige one with the black stripe down the sleeve. I like it a lot.5 Stars from me.

This jacket is great and light weight. The hood provides a great way to keep you out of the rain. It does work well keeping you dry. The pockets snap shut and do not have a zipper, which I would have preferred a zipper to keep things more secure. The sleeve cuffs are elastic, but not so tight that you can not easily get the jacket off. The material is great and the quality of manufacturing is great. This has become me go to jacket this spring, when it is getting warmer, but you never know when you may get a downpour. The size is great for me, I am taller and have fairly long arms and the XL fit great. This is a great jacket and if you are looking for a something to keep you dry and don’t need that winter weight anymore, this is a great option. The price is reasonable as well. I have owned other winter Spyder gear and it has been great, this jacket lives up to those standards with an attractive price to go with it.
