Have used the product in the past. Look forward to getting back in the pool and using this to get fitter. Great way to up the pool exercises.

I needed more resistance than my little foam weights provide in the water and this does the trick. My arms and shoulders are a little sore but in a good way and I worked out my abs better in the pool. It feels like I actually worked out like I was in the gym.

I use this in aqua aerobics. Overall it works fine but the sides feel a bit thin and uncomfortable to hold.
