I've been swimming since i was a kid and just recently decided to get back into it. this cap was fine your hair has to be dry and the cap has to be dry in order for you to get it on or it slips right off your forehead. it doesn't keep my hair dry at all. i have an average size head with shoulder length hair but for whatever reason this thing just let water through.

Now that I bought the third one of these I noticed one thing -- it does loosen up over time, but not terribly so. I have a medium sized head and even the old one still fit on tight after two years of use.The cap's edge is smooth and not wavy like in the picture. And in order for it to fit with no wrinkles as advertised I'd have to pull it past my eyebrows, so I guess this makes it a "large" size.The flag logo does fade in the sun. Overall a good buy.
