I've been involved in basketball forever. I've tried everything. This ball is by far the best thing you can buy to improve shooting. The technology is amazing. Never in a million years did I think this ball would work/would be accurate. Not only is it over 99% accurate on makes vs. misses, it measures AND helps correct ball spin rate (backspin), shot arc (shooting higher), release time (getting the shot off quicker), swish percentage, shooting percentage. The app knows from how FAR YOU SHOOT IT. I'm telling you, it is unbelievably accurate. It knows if your shooting 12' away vs. 16' away.In all honesty, if I had this as a kid, I would have never left the gym. I was a gym rat without this ball. With it.... wow. It has national contests you compete against others around the country. It has challenges to help you with your shot (my kids love the challenges).I know how to teach to shoot the ball. I have 2 girls and they listen to me sometimes and get tired of me correcting. THEY LISTEN TO THE APP when using the ball. Both have become better shooters already, within 2 weeks of having this, as they listen to the app more than their dad.I could not be more impressed. Great purchase.Not only that, their customer service is top of the line. I was sent another ball due to a minor issue. As a customer, I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.

Very good ball that gives good feedback. The seams are a bit deep which could create more spin and paying for an app is a downer. Overall it is fun to use.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter.For starters I wasn’t happy creating the account to use the app that I had to give it a credit card number. Ya it came with a 1 year free membership. But it seems pretty lame they want my credit card number for the first year even though it’s free. This just screams they are hoping I forget and renew for $120 next year. Given it’s registered under my daughter’s name and she’ll get the email that’s gonna be annoying and another thing to track down.Got the ball and unfortunately it would not wake up and connect to the app. Tried it many times on 2 different phones and neither would see it. Tried all their troubleshooting tips and no go.Waiting to hear back from their tech support but so far we are not off to a good start. First impressions are everything and so far we went from excited to try something new to “well hopefully they’ll email us back in the next few weeks and we’ll probably have to return it and get a new one sent”… so will be a few more weeks.UPDATE: their customer support sent us a new one quickly. Got it and after a few attempts it worked. Getting it to connect isn’t perfect but my daughter can get it going pretty quickly. The shot arc feature seems to work pretty well. Sometimes the distance is a bit off. Biggest issue is keeping the connection going during a shooting session. The ball will randomly disconnect and she’ll need to stop and try a few times to get it to reconnect, which is annoying. Usually this means shutting off Bluetooth, disconnecting everything and reconnecting everything.Ball feel is a bit on the low side. Obviously not paying for an EVO level ball which is what she’s used to shooting with,Overall it’s ok when it works. The feedback seems correct and when she adjusts her shot percentage increases. But takes a while to get things stabilized each session and staying connected.
