These pads seem to be well made and are very easy to clip onto your A50X via the magnets. If your only experience with the headset so far is the original pads then you should certainly find using these to be a nice surprise, especially if you tend to use the headset for longer periods.The original ones are soft but pinch my ears and cause my ears to get warm quickly. These are rather thick comparatively, allowing more room depth wise but also seemingly wider so I don’t have to worry about them pinching my ears and causing discomfort over time.You get a nice cooling sensation when you first put them on. It doesn’t last all that long as they naturally warm up, but it does regulate temperature more effectively and keeps your ears from getting too warm. Even if it is just down to the increased space, they are comfortable to wear.They do change the audio experience a bit given the spatial and material differences. That’s not necessarily a bad thing though, and you can easily tweak it to your preferences via the G Hub app or download another user’s profile.One minor negative is that as the pads are thicker, they make seating the headset properly into the dock a bit of a challenge. I feel that is more of a design flaw of the hub than the pads, but still, something to be aware of.Overall, I think ~£19 at the time of ordering represents reasonable value. If you’ve already dropped a few hundred on the headset, spending a little more to enhance your comfort and user experience seems like a sensible choice.

Tienen un pequeño problema, que no aíslan el ruido lo suficiente y eso ocasiona que los graves de los auriculares se escapen y no se escuchen, perdiendo mucha calidad del audio, es una pena ya que la calidad del producto es muy bueno y además son muy cómodos, las bases de las almohadillas cazan perfectamente con los Imanes de los auriculares además que cazan perfectamente en la base, si no eres muy exigente con el sonido y buscas comodidad estás almohadillas son para ti, pero si al contrario eres muy exigente estás almohadillas no son para ti.

These ear cushions are a significant improvement over the original Astro cushions! They fit perfectly into the headphones, and the magnets align nicely. The cooling padding and stiff gel make them incredibly comfortable, allowing you to wear them for hours. Notably, I also noticed a substantial improvement in sound deadening when the headphones are off. However, the look of these ear cushions is so similar to the originals that it might not be a deal-breaker for some. Overall, the execution is flawless!
