Garmin would not sell me this but it is the exact part I broke on my mount. Maximum stars. Best product ever.

I have two different out-front mounts for my Bryton 460 GPS unit. Both cane with a "native" Bryton adapter, a molded nylon disk that fits in the head of the mount. Both of them are configured for a camera mount on the underside of the adapter, attaching with a pair of flat-head screws. The adapter is "dished" so that the screws sit flush with the adapter, allowing for mounting of the computer.I was nonplussed to see the cap-head screws that came with these Bryton adapters, thinking that the raised heads would prevent the computer from slotting into the adapter. That was before I realized that the screws are to be installed from underneath rather than the top of the mount. There's one advantage to this configuration: if you don't use a camera, you can use the short screws. Another advantage is that the fasteners screw into brass (or bass-looking) grommets rather than threaded plastic. As for disadvantages: 1) On both my other aftermarket mounts, the camera/headlight mount is threaded. I don't see this arrangement working, unless your camera mount isn't threaded: neither of mine is. 2) the exposed screw heads are "out of sight out of mind" and therefore have higher potential for loosening and even falling out.In summary; better for those who don't need a camera/headlight mount out front, but significant problems if you do.

This is designed for socket head screws. The screws take up space, and the Wahoo device won't fit. The design should have been made with flat head screws with the screw heads below the Wahoo mount.

These are the type of pucks with a threaded insert so the screws go in from the bottom. This means you have to be sure to use screws that are the right length. Too short and you may not get enough thread engagement to safely keep the puck attached (tip: use blue thread lock) and too long and they'll interfere with your device attaching. There are (8) size M3 screws included - (4) 8 mm long and (4) 10 mm long. The pucks themselves are 8.25 x 32.8 mm - taller than most. The Kocevelo stem cap mount I have uses 6 mm screws and fortunately they are the same M3 size as these pucks use. The included 8 mm screws were too long. Maybe they should include M3 x 6 mm as well (and only (2) of each length?).The Wahoo version holds my Wahooo ELEMNT Bolt V1 just fine. It's a solid attachment but not annoying. I also noticed that my Garmin Edge 540 fits as well, just not quite as tightly due to the different in mount thickness. Seems like it will hold just fine but probably best to get the Garmin version for Garmin devices.Overall these are a fair price for (4) threaded Wahoo pucks that should work with most any computer mount that uses the threaded type pucks. Just be careful to check the screw length!
