SUMMARYNice overall, pleased with the design and other than a couple scratches on the surface we're quite happy with this multi-use end table. Looks great and will likely function well for whatever practical use you use it for.PROSAssembly:While the instructions are a bit vague and sometimes hard to follow the assembly itself was easy and the tools are provided. Where the instructions lack it's easy to figure out and put 2 and 2 together.Aesthetic:It's a stylish, modern look (We ordered the black one). The net protection guards on the back and sides is a great addition both by appearance and functionality. It's also very simple and minimalistic for the most part.Flexibility:While designed to be a record and vinyl end table it can easily be used for a large variety of things. Our use case is several books and some electronic equipment. The fact they made the vinyl dividers removable/optional was a good addition.Sturdy:If on a hard or short carpeted surface it stands firm and feels like it could hold some reasonably heavy items without faltering.CONSScratches:While the package itself was double box sealed, the top surface unfortunately had 2 small scratches on it. Still usable and not terribly distracting but disappointing none the less. I have to assume this isn't a common problem and we were just unlucky or it happened in shipping.

This item is a good size for a record player. Most stands are narrow and not wide enough. My record player, Bluetooth speaker, and albums fit perfectly. It fit my retro design. The instructions were on a half sheet of paper and not so easy to follow. I would suggest to layout all pieces and review the instructions thoroughly before assembly to prevent the need to take it apart and adjust.

I recently purchased the Record Player Stand with Large Desktop and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s the perfect combination of style and functionality for my living room. This is actually a great looking shelf with a small design flaw and poor quality control that contribute to my rating of just three stars. On arrival, I found one of the grated pieces to have a noticeable and significant bend in the metal. This added slight difficulty to the assembly process, but is otherwise mostly unnoticed in the finished product.The other feature I wanted to point out as a design flaw is that the top is composed of two panels with a wood finish. The incontinuity in the faux grain finish is a bit too eye catching, and it would be better if the top panel was a single piece instead. Of course I understand this is mostly made this way to take advantage of smaller packaging.Those things aside, this actually works very universally as more than just a record player stand, though it's quite a fit for that, too. I have it in use as a perfectly sized bedside table in a place that had a less than ideal option originally. With some items spread out on top, the two panels not flowing together is less obvious. With some better QC, this is worth the purchase.
