We bought one for the office and ended up purchasing another one. Looks very nice, sturdy. It suggests you add sand to the bottom but, we didn't need to as it stands fine without the sand. My only complaint is that when we went to order the second one a week or so later, the price went up by $6.00. :(

It appears that most similar products are a good deal more expensive than this model; many twice as expensive.Glad I found this model because we did not need a super high quality sign; just needed something very clearly visible. You might be surprised at what a difference well-placed signage can make. This does the trick.
