I'm actually using this for a DJI Osmo Action 4 setup for playing hockey and it works great. Suction cup works perfectly and is strong, the adapter clamps tighten town really well and you can adjust them slightly so they're sort of tight but you can still adjust everything, without having to fiddle around trying to hold each piece together and get them straight. The ball joints have a little diamond cut pattern on them so they hold a little bit when everything is not tightened down fully. The bar is very lightweight and although it's meant to be upside down I use it facing up with a camera attached to it and it works great. I actually like that it's light because I have a DJI selfie stick I use for my setup but I never extend it, and it's heavy. I've had problems with my camera would fall and while I think it was more due to a poor connection to the glass, I'm sure it being so heavy didn't help things. This is way bettter

I've been quite happy with this suction cup mount from Rigdance. It's well made, with a largely metal design. The suction cup attaches very securely to the inside of your car windshield. The design is fairly unique in order to accommodate the full length of most all in one gimbal/action cams, since these tend to be quite tall when yo include the handle as well. This works great with the DJI Osmo 3 and I'm able to have my camera film without issue while driving. The sort of "T bar" portion at the bottom of this has cold shoe mounting point for additional accessories. Because of the sort of awkward nature of the design, there isn't all that much adjustment that can be done since the main rig itself is really just a straight arm with a T. in addition, the design means this is quite obtrusive when you're driving so you'll need to be careful not to block too much of your view depending on how you place this. Personally I find mounting just a regular action camera to be a cleaner solution, especially with how good digital image stabilization is now. That said, if you need to mount a DJi Osmo 3 or other similar style gimbal + action camera package, this will work well for you

I tried this suction cup mount out on an outside car window and it worked great. It was very tightly coupled to the glass and pulling on it in various ways would not break it loose. The included flexible arm, however, was a different story. These double-ball-joint arms are common in the photo and video world, so it works just like any other arm. However, the ball joints are a bit smaller than I'm used to seeing and that give the arm less surface to grip onto. This made it trivial to grab and move them, even when the arm is tightly screwed down. I wouldn't trust putting anything with some real weight on the flexible arm given this. The straight arm is a different story. As it has no joints it doesn't move once screwed in. On this arm I would have no problems putting cameras of reasonable weight (think of a GoPro or similar action camera) on them without it moving. It feels solid and includes the standard 1/4-20 screw ends to adapt to anything.I didn't use it with an Osmo, but I don't see why this suction cup mount wouldn't be useful for any action camera-style video use. It is made of reasonable materials, has good suction, and looks to be useful for recording from smooth surfaces.

I ordered this for my DJI Osmo Pocket 3, but the mount uses a universal 1/4" threaded bolt connection that allows for a variety of small cameras to be mounted to it. The suction cup mount is very strong, and so far hasn't even hinted at losing its grip. The rest of the parts are primarily made of metal and are quite sturdy. I've done quite a bit of driving around with this and its helped produce some good quality video.Overall, a well-built mount with a powerful suction cup that you can trust with your expensive camera.

I’m really impressed with this Suction Cup Mount! The upgraded suction cup provides a super strong hold, even on bumpy roads. I’ve used it with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and it keeps my camera secure without any wobbling or shaking. The extension rod is a great addition, allowing for better positioning and angles. It’s easy to install, adjust, and remove when needed. Perfect for capturing smooth footage from my car windshield or other surfaces. If you’re looking for a reliable and durable camera mount, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
