I have a Ring Camera that I wanted to point down from my third floor. All the other basic mounts wouldn’t clear the ledge, so I only was able to record about half the street - the rest was the ledge. This helped me clear the ledge and get a much better view! While this wasn’t designed for a ring camera, I was able to make it work, I tightened some locking nuts on the screws from the ring plate and it is secure.

Mounted my Eufy 4k solar camera using this bracket to elevate the camera above my veranda.Simple installation and doesn't swivel down with the weight of the camera at all once its locked down.Will be buying another one for the back now that I've tested this one.
