Large and pretty spoonrest arrived very well packaged. Highly recommend.

For reference the egg is a large egg and the plate is a small salad size plate that is seen in some of the background countertop images. The spoon and spatula are large full size and I could prob even rest something else on this dish. I cook every night and so I have a lot of things going at once and need lots of space. I always end up using it adding a napkin on the counter and now I don’t need to. Another great quality - this is flat and nothing rolls or falls over/into the center. It also has a nice low lip that I can rest a knife on easily and again, nothing is rolling off or tilting. The low profile is great and exactly what I needed! If I were to have a sauce or soup ladle spoon it would fit awesome, but I do prefer the more cupped shaped spoon rests separate for that to contain any extra liquid and to not use with my other serving spoon rests keeping my other tools free from sauces/etc. I haven’t used it in the dishwasher yet, so I can’t comment on that. As of now I just have been rinsing it and quick soapy sponge wipe down.

I own several of these spoon rests. They are very attractive, wide enough for two (or three) utensils and wash well.I've even used one of these to hold jewelry and loose odds and ends in my office.Just a great little spoon rest/dish that can be used for multiple uses.
