The hat fits a person with a 7 5/8” head and is comfortable with a large brim.

Although the images of this sun hat looks like it fits nicely, I found that the overall shape of this hat is awkward and does not look very flattering or fitted on the head. I do like that you can make the hat fit better by tightening and reshaping the hat for a more comfortable fit, and the brim of the hat is so stiff that if you maneuver it enough, you can have it hold it's shape.I found the hat to be a bit larger than expected in terms of fit. The material of the hat is breathable and nice for warmer weather, but it just seems like there is too much material overall. Functionally, it definitely gives full coverage because it's so large, but it just looks awkward when you put it on.

This fits pretty well. My head is larger and this is a snug fit. I'd rather it be a little more loose but it's fine for what I need. Seems to be made well but I'm not a big fan of polyester material on my skin. Using this to keep the sun off my head while I'm outside in the sun. Seems to work well and I like the venting which helps to keep the air flow and keep my head cool. Pretty happy with this hat. It's a good choice.

I bought for work but brim rubbed on my work shirt collar. Light weight comfortable but brim was a bit odd
