The gel heel pad on the right side didn't seem positioned properly. It created a ridge at an impact point that started off uncomfortable and got worse as I used them. The left one seemed fine. I can't wear them and they were a waste, get some good ones.

I use these in my Nike walk/run shoes where the insoles can be removed. The ones that come with the shoes are terrible thin foam, these insoles are a great upgrade. Will likely last the life of the shoes (1-2yrs). Do note, due to their size, they will reduce the fit of the shoe by half a size. If you can try an insole before buying, you may find that a half size larger shoe fits better with these insoles. (I would wear a size 7.5 Nike running shoe, but purchase size 8 with these insoles.)I don't run with these, but for general walking comfort they are great. Highly recommend.

Super comfy, could have a bit more of an arch but they fit into my shoes great and definitely made walking more comfortable. The material on top started peeling back a little bit after around a month but I don't even notice.

Bought through Amazon global, the entire buying process was very smooth and got delivery within 2 weeks. Would recommend using amazon global services - reliable and transparent way to buy stuff not generally available in India.Coming to the product itself, these insoles are average, not comparable to the Neat Feet or Back joy insoles that are also available in amazon. the gel only covers a small area in the heel and the cushion is not thick enough. It is more or less like a standard insole that comes with the shoes when you buy them, so not worth spending so much money on.

The Sof Sole Airr Full Length Gel inserts are okay. I purchased them for my son's cleats and initially they were very comfortable. The inserts were true to size, they fit the shoes well (not too bulky) and have a nice grip to the bottom so they don't make noise or slip around. They felt well made and a looked like a quality product. My son had positive things to say about the overall comfort and performance. He did not mention any unusual sensations about the heal gel so I figured we were all good.Unfortunately after less than a month of use (2 times a week) the gel pad in one of the heals has already begun to dissipate. I have ordered replacement inserts and am hoping that it was a defect considering usage in other reviews. If the inserts were flat in the heal once the gel wears out, then it would not be as much of a problem, but there is a cavity where the gel is supposed to stay.We will give them another shot but my suspicion is that they will not hold up to the abuse.
