This is the second over table stand I have ordered.The first one I got, the bars screwed into themselves so there were no visible wing nuts, like this one has. I prefer that style better, it just looks neater. The first one also had two prongs attaching to the table on each side, and this one only has one. The first one was able to hold hanging clothing, it was that sturdy! I can't fathom this one being able to hold much weight.This one, the wing nuts are sticking clear out and if you care what that looks like, they'll need to be covered with something.Still, it's useful and sturdy enough for my needs, which is just to hold up some balloons and a sign.The pros to this design are that it's quicker to install--since there is only one piece on each side clamping to the table, that's a much quicker set up. The wing nuts are also quicker and easier than screwing the whole bars into each other.So I guess it just depends on what your needs are.

The adjustable length and height made it super versatile, and the C-clamp held firmly on our wooden dining table without scratching it.Assembly was quick and tool-free, which I loved! It took me about 10 minutes to set up, and once decorated with lights and flowers, it looked absolutely stunning. The black metal finish gives it an elegant touch, perfect for weddings, baby showers, or holiday tablescapes.The stand is lightweight but sturdy, and the included storage bag makes it easy to pack away for future use. Overall, an amazing value for the price—I’ll definitely be using this for many events to come! Highly recommend!

This metal frame is really nice! Lightweight, it clamps onto a table to display lights, or balloons, or flowers...and dresses up the table beautifully. The black metal frame is easy to set up and break down and feels solid and sturdy once assembled. It comes with a storage bag to keep everything together.
