I'm not sure if its the connectors or this crimper that are bad but at least 10% of my crimps just slide off the wire. I'd say look somewhere else for a crimper as I've never had any other crimper with this many failures. Yes I've also adjusted the crimp settings to try and get it to crimp tighter but it hasn't helped.

I needed to crimp three flag terminals for a project and didn’t want to spend big bucks doing it. This tool was cheap and did an acceptable job, and still left me a little profit after the purchase. The jaw ends don’t line up very well, which cost it one star, but the tool made a solid two-point crimp. It’s adjustable for pressure so that’s a big plus at this price point.If I were doing dozens or hundreds of crimps I’d go for a higher-quality tool, but I was actually very pleased at this price point.

The crimper works well for the price but they need a person whoever put the red and blue dot on them should learn what red and blue means. My first crimp I put the blue flag terminal in the "blue" slot and wondered why it crimped too hard. After looking the tool over i saw the red and blue dots for the flag terminal was opposite from what it should have been. I should have just looked at the crimper hole instead of using the red and blue dots. Red should have been to the outside (forward not inner) but it wasn't, oh well, the next ones went fine.
