I really liked that it charges quickly via USB and holds a charge for quite a long time!!

I usually stick with OEM batteries, but I have a ton of Smallrig stuff and really trust the brand, and these batteries don't disappoint. Being able to charge via USB-C is a great bonus. No carrying around a bulk charger!

Have three of these now and love them. I've been looking for a solid NP battery solution that costs less than the excellent original name-brand batteries (which are great, but expensive). So far Small Rig has been far and away the best. Charges quickly via USB C (so no custom plates or chargers needed), holds the charge, and LED level display is solid. The standard USB port is bonus that allows alternate use to charge phones or power other devices easily.

I use NP-F970 batteries for my motorized slider and my external monitor on my BMPC4k rig. The best part about this battery is knowing how much life it has left from pressing the button on top. The battery is heavy, but it's also a large one at 10,500 MAH.I have not conducted any stress tests on it yet in the field, but initial impressions show that this battery is put together well and will do the job. It will last much longer than my 6600 MAH other brand batteries.It is an "off blue" color which stands out from the regular black battery. This is how I know it's mine if I am shooting with others, because as of now, no one has one of these.Can't wait to really put it through a bunch of shoots.
