I love these - battery life is as good as the OEM Nikon but cheaper and so much more convenient. Uses the same cord as my phone; charges from the car or phone brick. No lugging around a special charger and cord, FTW. Will be buying more of these.

Works great in my original Z6! Really love that you can plug a USB-C right into the battery to charge and dont need an adapter. THIS DOES NOT WORK ON Z6iii - you will need the orange version.

The SmallRig battery does not work with the Nikon Z6III with its initial firmware 1.0, as of July 2024. The rear LCD screen lights up enough to give you a message that the battery cannot communicate with the camera and that you must use an authorized battery. Otherwise the camera is dead even with a fully charged battery. I returned it.

I bought this fully expecting that the camera would reject it, so was pleasantly surprised to see that it recognized it and reported 0 pictures taken with it and 100% life.
