Needed staples for a project and was not able to get to my regular supplier so, Amazon was my next thought knowing that they would be delivered quickly. When they arrived I was sort of surprised at the small size of the box. But, they were all in there and packed tightly.Upon opening I found that many of the rows of staples were broken apart. Generally, 100 staples are sort of glued together for easy insertion into the staple gun. These were segmented and had to be inserted in pieces. In the end they did a good job with very few twisting and not going completely into the wood.Generally, I would order them again if i found myself in a fix like I was. They are okay, not great, but will handle the job.

They work perfectly in my combination narrow crown stapler/18g brad nailer. The ones I've bought from hardware stores have mostly not worked. For whatever reason, these ones sink all the way at under 120psi, but the hardware store ones require that I carry a hammer and nail punch to finish sinking the darn things, even at 130 psi, which is 10psi over the "120psi Max." that was clearly casted with the surface of my nailer right along with the tool body. I worry a little that the poor thing might object and go supernova if I have it over 125psi. So, I guess it's gonna be these ones, because I can stay under 120psi and not carry a hammer to finish the job. (Btw, if you have a combo narrow crown stapler/brad nailer and the brads don't work or don't seem to be advancing right, but staples work fine, try putting a small stack of staples behind the brads. My cheap Harbor Freight gun had too much play between... um... the spring-pushy-thing's leading edge and the plate where the brads sit, so the brads slid behind the pushy thingy. Staples won't fit under the pushy thingy, and the feed cartridge doesn't care what's loaded where, as long as it's the right size.) These are short brads, btw. None over 1/2", so if you need longer, buy these before you go chasing after those. Lol. Seriously I'm very happy with these. They work better than the big name brands in my gun and I'm back for more. I should make a video. Someone might be able to tell me why these work and the others don't.
