We've been riders for decades. Our first set of these lasted about 15 yrs! Finally they wore out and we got a new set. Very pleased with the sound quality. If you want an inexpensive solution to be able to talk together while motorcycling, these are a great choice. Moderately easy install & once you got the button use down (you can't see it, it is by touch). These newer models talk to you as you push buttons instead of just beeping sounds & that is really nice.

After disappointing and inconsistent functioning, I finally decided to contact tech support. Unlike the previous generation of U Clear communicators, it is essential to plug the cord until it is all the way into the unit. It is not enough to feel the plug engage but must make sure all 3 circumferential lines at the plug are not visible.

When I ordered this Bluetooth it showed up without a charge cord. I called the company a couple of times but you can’t get a hold of anybody so left messages and I never did get a charge cord from them. I ordered a charge cord from another source charged up the Bluetooth linked it to my phone and there is no output to the speakers. This has been a two month journey to find out that these are junk. Save your time and your money and buy something else

Great product... sounds great... until your actually in highway traffic. Didn't help that I have a great exhaust system (loud pipes save lives). I paired it with my boyfriend's so we can talk while riding, we can't hear each other at all while in transit. Other than those few things, I'm satisfied with the product!

El audio es muy bueno y en si el dispositivo es muy práctico. Hay veces que no responde a la primera, pero no estoy seguro si es por qué no lo sé usar bien o tenga algún problema el Bluetooth. Pero de ahí en fuera todo perfecto.

I bought this to replace my aging Uclear headset. It was a second generation unit and had always been reliable. This one has improved sound and app function, but the same style buttons I was already used to. I am happy.
