Had a little issue with the control head, and the seller immediately sent a replacement for no charge. The unit works great, as described in the seller's information. Fun to use for karaoke and guitar practice.

So I know I'm about 10+ years too late finding out about Singtrix and got hooked into wanting this based on what we all saw on the web, Youtube and SharkTank etc. What I've noticed is that there wasn't much reviews out there with a few followers but I was still skeptical and had to try for myself. So yes I finally got mine and me and my 2 girls and wife really enjoyed this. I can't think of any system out there that has the same capability and it does help you sound better. I really enjoyed singing my old 80's love songs and seeing my girls also sing their teeny boppy songs brought a big smile to their face. Now that is priceless. I'm really not sure why some of the reviews are bad but some things I've noticed on the reviews is that people seem to not take care of their stuff properly. The item quality itself is spot on and worth the money. The wires also doesn't bother me where someone said we are now in the wireless world but little that they know that you actually get better quality with no delays on wired systems. So not sure if these kids that are reviewing are just clueless or don't know what they really have. Yes I was floored at the price but the speaker that came with it is loud enough for us, the mic feels perfect and high quality, the unit itself is also awesome, who has a unit like that has a voice changer that you can connect to your setup that is a reasonable price, I can't think of any and the stand itself is pretty sturdy and heavy duty feeling to it. Overall, its perfect for family time and worth every penny. I am no great singer but it definitely made me feel like one and that right there is what sold me and decided me to keep it. Ask me questions if needed but I think this product is one of a kind. There should be more public support for this product because who else out there is going to invent something cool like this. I mean these are the guys that brought us Guitar Hero, as soon as I learned that I was like this will also make me feel like a singer and it did! :) Some of us aren't born with singing talents but last night we all felt like a star in our own way!

no llego en caja de Amazon y la caja estaba un poco golpeada, saque el producto y estaba bien, lo probe y trabaja muy bien, muy recomendable, lo conecte a un equipo mas grande y funciono perfecto... lo malo, que no sea bluethoot (se conecta por 3.5) y son demasiados cables, hay que tener cuidado de colocarlo en un lugar que no se tropiecen los invitados... pero si lo recomiendo

Muy padre el equipo mi calificación real 9.99 pudo tener el 100% pero la base del micrófono llegado barrida y no se cae a un lado el micrófonoEfectos, Sonido y calidad buena

This is my second purchase of the singtrix system. My first one I purchased almost 7 years ago and because it sat for a good while unused it collected alot of dust and that slowly affected the speaker. I suggest packing it away when unused. I love this thing. I have a blast on it with my family, my kids use it alot less than I do lol Kids these days have no idea how lucky they are to have this technology. Im a terrible singer and so are most of my family, so this just makes a night in so fun pretending you can sing. The choices are amazing and diverse and alot of them you could have a real laugh with. The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because originally it came with 2 mics. It now comes with one. This is always advertised as a party pleaser, why then would you only include one mic?? It makes no sense. The only reason i can think of is to make more money from selling additional mics, which is pretty grubby in my opinion. I will be buying another mic but not from singtrix, ill be buying a generic brand. Not only are their mics too expensive but its the principal.

Avid fan of the Singtrix party bundle! We host weekly karaoke parties in our basement. I cannot emphasize how awesome this system is! The amp is wicked good sound and the 300 plus different sound effects ensure that the quality of your voice is the value of years of voice lessons. I bought my system after being introduced to it at a relatives. I was hesitant at the cost as I had previously bought two different systems from The Singing Machine at a much lower cost (which I had been happy with until I tried the Singtrix system). I assure you, if you even enjoy karaoke even a little bit, this will change your life! And if you LOVE karaoke, like me... you cannot do without this!To boot, when I had trouble with a cable, I was assisted promptly by a helpful and extremely responsive employee at Singtrix that sent me a new cable, sans cost to ensure that I could continue enjoying my system. Now a days, you can’t top service like that.I am a lifelong fan and would recommend Singtrix for the bestest, most fun nights... ever. Oh! And get the party light too!!!Louise
