This journal has some good pages and prompts, but is also very busy and overwhelming for me. I have started a few pages, but finished none.

I really enjoyed having this around for the past week. I was surprised by how deep the intro questions were. It starts off with identifying a lot of anxieties and tries to get you to expand on rational thinking around it and changing the perspective. Then it goes into a dream journal with a coloring page, which I loved! Then the monthly view with a habit and mood tracker. Finally, it goes into a recap of each day which I find the most important. It lets me see what exactly causes my stressors and it effects my eating and sleep. The pages are thick, but not thick enough for my fountain pen which has a lot of ink so it bled through a page slightly. The ribbons make it so easy to mark where you left off. LOVE IT.

In some pages I choose to use sticky notes so I could reuse some of the pages that are super helpful! This is the best journal I have bought!

This book is so important to my mental health and getting over trauma it’s amazing yet It has the tools to help u basically face what’s wrong with you has coloring pages for anxiety I recommend it

When I was feeling anxious I would use this to help. I wanted something other than always taking medicine and this helped on those days when it got unruly.
